Xselleo LLC is the sender for this optional customer-care SMS/MMS program. Where a message concerns renovation, rehabilitation, construction coordination, or property improvement, Renovation ROI may be identified as the customer-facing registered trade name of Xselleo LLC.
Messages you may receive
With your affirmative consent, Xselleo LLC may send customer-care messages about your inquiry, requested services, appointments, estimates, proposals, contracts, project coordination, project updates, account or customer-service matters, and related reminders. This program is not used for third-party marketing or unrelated business offers.
Consent, frequency, and rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You choose whether to provide a mobile number and whether to select the standalone SMS consent checkbox on the Contact page.
Consent applies only to the customer-care communications described here. Xselleo LLC records the consent state, time, displayed disclosure version, and form source associated with website opt-in submissions for appropriate auditability.
STOP, START, and HELP

Mobile-information non-sharing

Carrier and program changes
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Xselleo LLC may modify, suspend, or end the SMS program or update these SMS Terms & Conditions. The current version will be posted at this public URL.
