Covered communications

When you choose to communicate with Xselleo LLC electronically, communications may include email, SMS/MMS, approved messaging channels, electronic notices, customer-service communications, automated reminders, online forms, documents, and electronic-signature workflows.

Electronic notices and records

Xselleo LLC may provide information, notices, confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications electronically where permitted by law and applicable agreement. You are responsible for maintaining a current email address and checking communications sent through the channel you choose to use.

Electronic signatures

Where Xselleo LLC and the applicable document process permit electronic signatures, an electronic signature or related electronic acknowledgement may be used to sign or accept a document. Service-specific contracts, transaction documents, and legally required disclosures may contain additional terms controlling the relevant signature process.

Automated and assisted communications

Certain communications or customer-service interactions may be assisted by workflow automation or automated technologies.

SMS remains separate

This Electronic Communications Policy does not replace the separate SMS Terms & Conditions. Optional customer-care SMS/MMS communications remain subject to the standalone consent process and SMS Terms.
